The Bhindi Bhaji Recipe

The delicious Bhindi Bhaji is a very excellent side dish, which goes well with naan, rice, bread, chapatti, etc.

The ingredient required to prepare the recipe

Okera of one pound qty

Two sliced medium sized onions

Garlic powder or paste of ¼ teaspoon quantity

Coriander powder or pasted of ¼ teaspoon quantity

Cumin of 1/8tsp quantity

Three tomatoes large in size.

Oil of 2 tsp qty

Sliced cilantro of ½ cup qty

Method to prepare the bhindi dopiaza

Sever the Okra’s bottom and tip, inorder to clean it, but do not slice the Okra.

Over a medium heat, warm the pan,then put onions into it, and cook for a duration of three minutes.

Include Okra, and for a duration of six to eight minutes cook the okra, garnish the recipe with cilantro and tomato.

Then serve the tasty Bhindi Bhaji along with bread, rice, naan or chapatti.
