Simple Tasty Veggie Briyani
Veggie briyani is a tasty recipe which can be prepared in a simple and swift manner.

Following are the ingredients which you need for preparing the veggie briyani • Basmati rice of 250gm quantity • Raisins (handful quantity) • Korma curry paste of 2 tablespoon quantity • Special blended frozen vegetables • Handful quantity of salted nuts (in roasted form) Preparation procedure
Boil water in a kettle. Take a large microwaveable basin; fill it with rice, vegetables and raisins. Pour 1 pint (600 ml) of boiling water from the kettle above the mixture of rice and crush in a stock cube, then you need to mix the curry paste. Cover the basin with a lid, leaving a tiny gap to let off the steam. For duration of 12 minutes cook the recipe in 850 watts (full power). If your microwave happens to be less influential, then cook for two more minutes . The basin should be removed from the microwave and leave the dish in covered form for the duration of five minutes, garnish the veggie briyani with roasted cashew and it is ready to serve.
