The Almond Sheera
Duration for preparation: 15 minutes.

Servings: for 4 persons
The ingredients needed
One cup of badam (blanched almonds)
One tablespoon of ghee
¾ cup of milk
Half a tablespoon of elachi (cardamom) powder
Half a cup of sugar
Two tablespoon of badam (almond) slivers for garnishing purpose.
Cooking Method
• Mix the almonds together with a quarter cup of milk in a mixer and merge into a soft paste. Place it aside.
• In a non-stick pan, warm the ghee, then include the almond paste and over an average flame, stir constantly until it gets converted into a pink color.
• Now include the residual milk and a quarter cup of water, blend it well and for two to three minutes boil it.
• Include the cardamom powder, sugar, saffron blend and cook, whilst constantly stirring, until the sugar melts and the ghee gets separated.
• Garnished with Almond the dish can be served hot.
