The tasty Andhra Mutton Recipe
The ingredients required to prepare the recipe are
One kg of Mutton cut into medium pieces.
One inch length Cinnamon stick
Black peeper powder of two table spoon quantity.
Red chili powder half a tablespoon in quantity.
Coriander seed of one table spoon quantity
Cumin seeds of one table spoon quantity
Two numbers of green Cardamoms
Two numbers of Cloves
One chopped large potato
Three chopped medium size onions.
Ten numbers of curry leaves.
One table spoon of garlic paste and ginger.
One table spoon of Poppy seeds.
Four black Peppercorns.
Half a tablespoon quantity of Fennel seeds.
Soil to taste
Coriander leaves
Oil.
Preparation Method
With two cup of water, salt, turmeric, pressurize the mutton till you get six whistles.
Then add the poppy seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cinnamon cloves, black peppercorns, green cardamoms, fennel seeds.
Then for ten minutes cool the mixture.
Grind the mixture and place it aside.
In a pan, pour the oil and heat it.
Then add the onion, curry leaves and cook, till the onion turns into brownish color.
Include the chili powder, ginger garlic paste, half quantity of black powder, and cook for up to two minutes.
Include the tomato and mutton pieces, on a high flame cook, until the tomato becomes soft.
Include the spice powder and salt.
On a low flame, cook the mutton pieces and the residual black pepper and thoroughly blend it.
With coriander leaves garnish it.
