How to protect your heels and knees and spinal cord?

Now days women are wearing high heels. It has become a fashion in western countries, irrespective of the age woman to wear high heels. If a woman wear heels it not only affect her heels abut also her calf muscles and knee joints and above all , her spinal cord.

In western countries older woman in the 50s and 60s wear heels. This causes serious repercussions on her health. Due t old age her bones is already weakened and depreciated. Hence these older woman have frequent knee joint and spinal cord problem. They should avoid wearing heels.

Just for the sake of fashion these woman are putting their health at stake. Some woman goes to the extent of wearing heels that is more than three inches.

Now these woman who are prone to these knees and spinal cord problems need to do some high heel workouts such as polo dancing, some knee exercise.

Avoid taking the lift frequently. Make it a habit to use the staircase. This gives good exercise for your knees, heels and spinal cord.

If you really want to wear high heels sandals, just wear it occasionally for some functions like parties and some get togethers. A word of caution at this juncture, do not wear heels that is more than three inches.

After coming from the function do some light stretch exercise like bending and stretching your knees. Give a warm massage to your heels and knees with Luke warm water.

Make it a habit to lie on bare floor instead of bare with undulated bed mattress. Lying on bare floor gives good exercise for your spinal cord.
