But there are certain fishes like the shark, tile fish, sword fish and king mackerel which are in high mercury content and hamper the development progress in the child.

Likewise farm fish also cause damages to the pregnant woman. It contains the polycarbonated biphenyls (PCBs), environmental toxins which causes damage to the neurological troubles and problems in fetal development.

Avoiding th above mentioned foods helps in smooth and healthy delivery of the child and also protects the mother.
