The Tempura fish recipe
The ingredients needed to prepare the Tempura fish recipe are
500 grams quantity of pink snapper that is filleted
One cup of sifted self raising flour
One egg
Sufficient quantity of Oil to fry the fish.
Preparation Method
You need to beat the egg in such a way that is becomes light and feathery.
Then add some water to the mixture of egg.
Then add the flour and pound it, till it gets coalesced. But make sure that you do not over pound them.
Then dip the fish into the batter and thoroughly coat the fish.
In a big frying pan, pour sufficient amount of oil.
Just heat the oil for five minutes; you can also check the oil by putting a teaspoon of batter and check whether it gets fried.
Then minimize the heat and then you can fry the fish till it is golden brown in color and spongy.
You can serve the tempura fish recipe along with chips and sauce.
