Tandoori Fish recipe
The Tandoori Fish recipe is a popular and tasty recipe. It is easy to prepare.
Ingredients required
Any white fish fillets of 2Ib quantity (sliced into two or three inches of size).
Garlic, 4 cloves
Sliced fresh ginger of 1table spoon quantity.
Salt for taste
Vinegar in One third of a cup quantity.
Ground cumin seeds of 1 tablespoon quantity
Ground coriander seeds of 1 tablespoon quantity
Vegetable oil in half a cup quantity
Cayenne pepper of one teaspoon quantity
Preparation method
In the blender, mix together garlic, ginger, salt vinegar, cumin, coriander, oil and cayenne and make it into a fine paste.
Into the paste marinate the fish pieces, and keep it in the refrigerator, for duration of four hours
On an utmost heat at broil, preheat the oven.
In order to avert mess, wrap the oven tray with foil.
On the tray, put the preserved fish pieces and for about eight to ten minutes, broil it.
Turnover the pieces of fish and broil it again for another eight minutes.
Just have a continuous check; based on the fish piece thickness, the time for broiling may differ.
The Tandoori fish can then be served with chutney.
