10 numbers of medium sized deseeded and segmented oranges.
14 to 16 strawberries (seasonal)
8 medium sized approximately sliced carrots.
1 medium sized approximately sliced beetroot
One cup of crushed ice for serving.
Preparations method
Together mix all the ingredients and blend it smoothly in a mixer.
Using a strainer strain the juice, put in ice and stir it well.
Now put in a quarter cup of ice in 4 individual glasses and decant equal proportions of the juice over the ice. Serve it instantly
