The hot Aloo Bonda Recipe
The ingredients required to prepare the hot Aloo bonda are
Two big Aloo (Potatoes) that is boiled and mashed
Gram flour of one cup quantity
1-2 Sliced Green Chilies
One tbsp of finely chopped Coriander leaves
Sufficient amount of Red chili powder for taste
Salt for taste
1/4th tsp quantity of turmeric powder
1/4th tsp quantity of Garam Masala powder
Sufficient amount of Oil to fry.
Preparation Method
To the mashed potatoes add chili powder, salt, coriander, garam masala, and green chilies and blend it well.
Then take gram flour of one cup quantity, and then add the turmeric powder, chili and salt to the mixture. Bit by bit include the water into the mixture, and then with your hand prepare a batter which is neither too loose nor thick.
With the Aloo (potato) mixture, create tiny balls.
Then immerse the every ball into the batter and then fry them deeply to obtain the golden brown color.
The hot Aloo bonda can be served with chutney.
