Functioning hours: On weekdays, the office is opened on week days from, 8.00 am to 5.00pm. On Sundays the ICA is opened from 8.00 am to 1.00pm .The office remains closed on Sundays and on all public holidays.

The issuing hours for e-tickets are, on Wednesday from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, and on Saturdays from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm.
