The Non Singaporean should follow the following procedures for applying for their PR in Singapore.

Eligibility

The foreigners who come under the following category are entitled for PR application.

A Singapore citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)’s spouse or bachelor children, who are under 21 years of age.

A SC’s elderly parents.

Holders of P, Q or S work pass

Entrepreneurs or Investors

The required Documents are,

a. For SPR or SC’spouse or child

Completed Form 4 and its relevant documents.

b. For SC’s elderly parents

Fully filled form 4

Form 4 accompanying notes.

c. For the holders of P, Q or S work pass

Completed Form 4A in 2 sets (one original and photocopy respectively)

Relevant documents to Form 4A.
