The Unique Pineapple chicken recipe
The ingredients required for this recipe
Broiler chicken cut into two serving pieces.
Monosodium Glutamate of one table spoon quantity
Salt of one and half tablespoon quantity.
One egg that is slightly beaten.
One 6 oz Can of Anas Ka Raas (Pine apple Juice)
Superior dry bread crumbs of One and 1/3 cup quantity
Quarter cup of Margarine or melted butter
Narial or flaked Coconut of One and 1/3 cup quantity.
Method to prepare pineapple chicken top
The chicken pieces should be thoroughly rinsed
With a paper towel pad dry it.
You need to sprinkle salt and monosodium glutamate on either side of the chicken.
On a plate blend the pineapple concentrate and egg
To the mixture of butter- bread crumbs, add the coconut.
Blend thoroughly.
With the mixture of pine apple, coat the chicken portions.
chicken pieces should be rolled in the coconut mixture.
Then place it on two baking pans lined with foils.
On a preheated oven, at 350, bake them for duration of forty minutes.
For even baking, in the oven reverse the pan.
For a time period of another forty minutes, again bake the chicken.
Before the baking time, if the chicken turns into brownish color, then cover the chicken loosely with a foil.
