The International Assessment for Schools, 2011 (Indian Center School, Kuwait)
The Indian Central School, Kuwait has been participating in the International Assessment for Schools (IAS) which is being conducted annually and our students, invariably, have been a part of it. It is not only being a part, but bringing laurels every year, has been, addition of another gem to the crown . As the saying by Joe Paterno goes “The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital”, our students have always put in their best efforts preparing themselves every year to maintain their names among the toppers of the test. The year 2011 has seen yet another success in the history of Indian Central School and the partakers of this success include Clarin Menezes of Class III for English, Glenn Vipin Pereira of Class V for Computer Skills and Deepthi Mariam Thomas of Class VII for English, who are country toppers from Kuwait, among countries like India, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Maldives, Mauritius, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and UAE. Apart from certificates, they were awarded medals and our Principal, Mrs. Shantha Maria James, specially congratulated them for their success. She encouraged students to participate in such International Level Test to brave their fears and emerge likely winners in future.
