Sachin in support of education for the underprivileged children

In spite of his hectic schedule, the master blaster often finds time to actively participate in educational campaigns and promote learning for children.
The star batsman said that recently he did a telethon in a television channel, in which he went live for duration of 12 hours to raise funds of the cause of education of children, especially for the girls who are underprivileged. Tendulkar said the money was used to construct 140 schools, a noble cause which he is really proud of.
The ace cricketer recently spoke in the book donation campaign intiated by the Aviva Life insurance company under the name “Aviva great wall of education”.
Sachin said in few years, they were able to collect some millions of books, and he said that the mission is not yet completed, he said this book donation campaign will facilitate in making the under privileged kids to have access to books.
The renowned cricketer said his daughter was keenly interested in studying medicine following her mother footsteps (who is a physician by profession). Sachin said when his kids were able to get the benefit of education, why not the underprivileged children.
The star cricketer affirmed that education is the most vital aspect, which is very much essential for children. Sachin plays the role as Aviva life insurance Company’s brand ambassador.
