Masala Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken 1tbsp Ginger Paste 1 tbsp Garlic Paste 1 tsp Chilli Powder 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp Vinegar Lime Juice (Optional) A few Sprigs of Parsley Salt to taste Oil to cook
Method:
1) Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients mentioned above, except Lime Juice & Parsley.
2) Keep aside for atleast 2 hours.
3) Shallow fry the chicken pieces turning each piece at regular intervals till cooked.
4) Put the pieces on a plate & garnish with cut parsley. Squeeze lime juice just before serving.
P.S. : The chicken pieces can also be barbecued instead of shallow frying. The pieces needs to be basted with oil & then coked over coal.
