Kuwait Tamil Sangam also called as KTS is a well known association in Kuwait. A group of likeminded people in the year 2005 formed the association to offer a social environment for the Tamil community in Kuwait. As a social cultural organization, KTS s is registered with the Indian Embassy, Kuwait.

Some of its activities

Up liftment of the Tamil Language

KTS strives for the upliftment of the Tamil Language. The association conducts programs by inviting several scholars, writers, think tank, orators from Tamilnadu to Kuwait and share their thoughts. The association’s volunteers conduct Tamil classes to children. Likewise the association owns a well equipped library laden with ancient and contemporary Tamil books that helps in spreading awareness and impart knowledge of Tamil language among the Tamil community in Kuwait.

Social activities

KTS actively involves in social activities by collecting funds from its members and Indian citizens residing in Kuwait and donating them to the various institutes of destitute, handicapped and the downtrodden individuals in Tamilnadu.

Cultural program

Kuwait Tamil Sangam also organizes various cultural programs by inviting artistes and celebrities from Tamilnadu
