Social-Educational-Career Awareness Sixth Anniversary of K-Tic Kuwait Tamil Islamic Committee (K-Tic), a non-profit socio welfare organization of Tamil speaking Muslim community in Kuwait, (established in 2006 - registered with Indian Embassy of Kuwait and also with Administration of Grand Mosque / Kuwait Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs).
K-Tic has a impressive name among the socio-welfare organizations in Kuwait and Gulf countries whose benevolent works and enlightening activities and conserving Islamic uniqueness and also well known with the thousands of Indians especially all Tamil speaking people in Kuwait.
On the occasion of the Islamic New Year “The Hijraâ€, K-Tic arranged outstanding special program - in “Triplet Program†format in Tamil Language at three different places in Kuwait. This triplet program was a collective of “The Hijra - New Year†Program with subtitle of the verse from Al Quran “La tahzan innAllaha ma'anaâ€, Sixth anniversary of Kuwait Tamil Islamic Committee (KTic)†and “Social-Educational-Career Awarenessâ€.
First Program:
A impressive program with an audience of 250 individuals (excluding ladies & kids) on December 16, 2010 Thursday from 6:45pm after Isha Prayer till 9:45pm at Masjid Mazeed Al Hilal Al Othaibee, behind Gulf Mart, Fahaheel. The welcome address was give by Prof. Dr. M . Abdul Hameed M.Sc., M.Phil, B.Ed., PhD., (Secretary, Education Wing, K-Tic / Senior Teacher and Administrative Officer, Indian Integrated School, Jaleeb, Kuwait / Trustee, Shafi Educational Trust, Thirunelveli, Tamilnadu, S.India). The Chief Guest from Chennai, India Janaab CMN Mohammed Saleem M.A., delivered a special lecture on “Educational status of - Yesterday-Today- Tomorrowâ€. Vote of thanks by Al-Haaj H. Mohammed Nasar (Dy. Treasurer) and Dua’a by Moulavee Haafiz Qaari Ash-Shaikh A.R. Mohamamed Ibraheem Manbayi (Vice President).
Second Program:
A successful program with an unexpected gathering of listeners of 125 bachelors on December 17, 2010 Friday after Juma’a Prayer from 12.15pm till 1:15pm at Masjid As-Sheikha Sabeeka - near Sadiq Roundabout, Hawally. A preface speech given by Moulavee Afzalul Ulamaa Ash- Shaikh A.B. Khaleel Ahmed Baaqavee M.A., (General Secretary). The Chief Guest Janaab CMN Mohammed Saleem delivered a special note on “Outlook of today’s necessity of Social Welfare effortsâ€. The program concluded with Dua’a by Moulavee Ash-Shaikh M.S. Mohammed Meera Shah Fazil Baqaavee (President).
Third Program:
A grand program with an spectators of about 500 individuals (excluding ladies & kids) on December 17, 2010 Friday from 6:45pm after Isha Prayer till 9:45pm at Masjid Al Shaya’a, near Souk Al Wataniya, KPTC Mirqab Bus Terminal, Kuwait City. The welcome address was give by AlHaaj A.K.S. Abdul Nazar B.A., (Dy. Gen. Secretary). The Chief Guest Janaab CMN Mohammed Saleem M.A., delivered a special note on “Obscured & Lost treasure’s of Islamic History & possibilities of retrieving themâ€. Vote of thanks by Al-Haaj M. Zahir Hussain (Treasurer) and Dua’a by Al-Haaj Ash-Shaikh Shajahan Hazrath (Senior Advisor).
A wide wall-chart 2011 calendar (50x70cm) was published on the occasion. The Chief Guest Al- Haaj CMN Mohammed Saleem presented the copies of it to the following prominent and at the end of the program distributed to public at free of cost. Muhammed Ansari, (Supreme Tex and Sumangali Fashion, Mirqab), other Indian Association personals Mr. Anbarasan (Thai Man Kalai Ilakkiya Peravai) and Mr. K. Natraj (Kuwait Muthamizh Arigar Narpani Mandram).
The special guest Ash-Shaikh Ahmed Tarawi (Chief Officer, Communal Section, The
Administration of Grand Mosque / Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Kuwait) attended, gave a short message in English on “The Hijra†and keenly observed on-going program.
Both our Shaikh Ahmed Tarawi and our chief guest from Chennai Janaab CMN Mohammed Saleem been honored on behalf of K-Tic by its President. All the programs were presided by Moulavee Ash-Shaikh M.S. Mohammed Meera Shah Fazil
Baqaavee (President) and convened by Moulavee Afzalul Ulamaa Ash-Shaikh A.B. Khaleel Ahmed Baaqavee M.A., (General Secretary). At each program eminent Scholars of Jama'athul Ulamaa Wing of K-Tic, described the instances and briefed Hijra in Tamil.
It was about 1000 numbers when consolidating the mass in all the three programs where the Tamil speaking community attended irrespective of Religion and beneficiated for themselves and their families. Many Indian Associations prominent and its fellow-members pay attention on the program and amazed on the information presented by the Chief Guest Janaab CMN Mohammed Saleem.
Q&A section timing was given at the end of each program, where he precisely & evidently answered all queries raised. Separate seating was arranged for ladies.
Exclusive Due's was accomplished for Ash-Sheikh A. Khaleel Ahmad Keeranoori (Principal, Yusufiyya Arabic College, Dindugal, South India) who passed away on Thursday (16.12.2010) evening, observing the Ashoora (10th Muharram) fasting. K-Tic and its members and the gathered crowd prayed to Almighty Allah to accept the great scholars deeds and forgive his sins and let him be rested on peace and enter the Jannathul Firdous.
