INDIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL ORGANISED INVESTITURE CEREMONY FOR JUNIORS

India International school, Mangaf conducted the investiture ceremony for the Juniors (Primary wing) on Monday the 3rd May2010. Fr. Lionel Mathew Braganza the Principal of Indian English Academy was the Chief Guest on this solemn occasion. The Principal Mr. Anis Ahmad welcomed and introduced the Chief Guest to the students of primary classes who had assembled for the ceremony.

The programme began with the recitation of the versus from the Holy Quran followed by Kuwait national Anthem and school song. The Chief Guest handed over the sashes and badges to the Head boy Master Austin Joseph john and Head Girl Miss Hina Rahim. The Director Mr. Moosa Koya decorated the Deputy Head Boy Master S.K. Kaushik and the Deputy Head Girl Miss Mafaza Sharfuddin.  All the other prefects were decorated by the Principal, Vice Principal, Head Master, KG Head and their House mistresses.

The School flag was handed over to the new Head Boy and Head Girl by the out going head boy and head girl who are now in class VI.
The Oath was administered by the Principal which was followed by the speeches by Master Austin John and Miss -----Rahim. They thanked their teachers for selecting them for the important posts.

The Chief Guest addressed the students council members and made them sing a wonderful song “I got spirit in my fingers and it is keeping me alive-----I am very happy, so very happy , I’v got the love of God in my heart-------which kept echoing in the school even after he left. He blessed the young leaders and prayed for them.
The programme came to an end with the singing of Indian National Anthem.
