The following are the documents required to apply for a South African Visa.

A travel document or passport chi should have sufficient validity period. The validity period should not be less than 30 days subsequent to the expiry of your planned visit.

A completely filled Form BI-84(for visa application)

Amount to pay the prescribed fees

A certificate of yellow fever vaccination (it necessary).

Documents of statements to prove your duration and purpose of your stay.

Your latest two passport size photos taken in color.

If you are travelling by flight then you need to submit an onward or return ticket.

Suppose if you have minors or kids who is travelling with you or joining you at South Africa, then you need to furnish the extra documents.

Guardianship or custody proof

Guardian’s permission if the minor is not accompanied.

Proof to show that you have ample funds in your possession during your stay in South Africa in any of the following forms

Banks Statement

Advances in Salary

host‘s undertaking in South Africa.

Available cash (as well as traveler’s cheque and credit cards) or

Medical converges
