Grand Palace
The Grand palace is one of the most prominent oldest buildings in Bangkok. It is the offcial residence for the Thailand king. A temple with the Emerald Buddha known as the Wat Phra Kaew is located inside the palace. It is considered as the Thailand’s holiest temple. The palace also has the Dusit Phra and the Chakri Mahaprasad Hall, a hall that is greatly influenced Italian renaissance style architecture.
Wat Pho
This Buddhist temple is located closed to the Grand palace. The Wat Pho is also called the reclining Buddha temple. The traditional Thai massage is believed to have originated from this temple.
Wat Arun
The Wat Arun also called as the ‘temple of dawn’ is situated on the Chao Phraya River’s Thonburi west bank. The dawn temple derived its name due to dawn’s primary light replicates off the temple’s surface with a pearl iridescence.
