What steaks you favor for grilling? How long do you cook (slow cooking?) and what special seasonings do you use?

I favor a thick steak for the grill, a porterhouse or NY strip.
Slow cook? A steak? Not even a thick one. This is the meat that engendered the famous truism of backyard chefs, "The higher the heat, the better the meat." |
