Want to go exit and dont have contract |

SALAM O ALAIKUM,
I was selected in an interview for the post of sales manager to work with BASSAM AL-HUDAIF TRADING EST. By a Srilankan name MR. Zakee. (A representative of the company) He promised me 5000SR as my regular Salary and 3500SR as my probation period salary and he promised me many things when i asked him for the contract, he said contract will be signed in Dammam after the probation period that is of 90 days, i agreed upon that and paid him around 7000SR for visa and i myself bought ticket to travel to Saudi Arabia, I entered KSA on 21/05/2011, After coming here the criteria was completely diffrent,here all the staff is going on EXIT, and i will be the only person looking after Accounts, Petty Cash, Attendance, Making Quotation Requests, Sales requests searching the market for prices, Purchasing, Delivery of the material, and Marketting I worked with the company for one month and my kafeel wants me to pay 1500SR as my salary, I discussed with him for many times but he is saying me that Zakee is fraud forget about him,you come to work and you have to work and forcing me to work I request him to give Exit but he is refusing so i approach labour court but they are also forcing me to work with the kafeel, then i approach emarath after a week they gave me a letter and said that go and approach labour court again but the labour court officer is refusing to take that paper of emarath and want me to work I want to go exit please suggest me what i can do? I will be very thankfull... |

stop your working tell your kafeel i will not do any work .report to police that i dont want to work and till you will not get exit work out side you will get better pay. |
