hello josephea, actually visit visa is FREE OF CHARGE regardless of what so ever profession you fall in, but nowadays according to the best of my knowledge it depends on the profession listed in your IQAMA, because these days the ministry of foreign affairs has stopped issuing visas in some sections of the labour category till some extent for a few reasons i suppose , if your profession falls in the entitled professions list or any other category then its pretty easy and simple for processing your visit visa.
Step:1 Just open this link (https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/VisaFamilyApp/FamilyApp.asp) and fill in the form , remember that the name of your wife,kids must be written in ENGLISH as mentioned in the passport , any letter mistake will make you re-apply from the beginning again. Step:2 Request a salary document from your company , the salary mentioned must not be less than 3,500 Riyals, get the document attested by the chamber of commerce as well as the application form. Step:3 After you complete the online application , take 3 print outs for a safer side, now after you finished filling the application form , the MOFA webpage will give you your application number. Step:4 After the application , you may check its status on this page (https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/SrhComFamilyVisa.asp ).Once your visa is approved you will see the details of the visa number with the names of the applicants, Last but on the least , Take a print out of the Visa page and send it to your Home country for their visa attestation process. remember , Visit Visas are CostFree ,but there are a few people who take a chance to earn evil money by demanding money from newbies or the people who are completely unaware and desperate just to get a visa, hence its just an Alert messege for you!May Allaah Help You in your Visa Processing !
