Saudi Arabia Doesnt Allow Visas on Arrival , Only Foreign Govt Employees ,Foreign Embassy Personals are granted this permission , rest of the others need to Apply or request a Pre-visa/business visa etc before arrival No matter what the profession is ! JazakAllaahKhair
