Saudi Visa Issue |

Hi all,
I'm in a bit of weird situation. Actually I got a job from a private company in Saudi Arabia and I signed the offer letter. Then I submitted my passport to Saudi consulate in my country for visa processing. After submitting, I got another job offer from Dubai which is comparatively a better option. Now my question is what could be the consequences if I refuse to join Saudi company ? Can Saudi company ban me from entering into KSA or even GCC country ? Please advise as it is matter of my career Thank you |

Well ... going to Dubai is fine. But at the same time Living cost is very high in Dubai.
I work both places. In Saudi arabia you can keep money in your pocket. There is no social life in Saudi Arabia. FYI if you refuse to join , no one can bar you entering KSA. or GCC. Regrds Sudevan |

I totally agree with you on savings and social life in KSA. Why you think that co. cannot ban in entering KSA ? Is there any rule that co. in KSA are not allowed to do country ban ? I'm asking coz in some GCC countries (e.g Kuwait) companies sometime do country ban and even GCC ban. Kindly share your experience in this regard Thanks |

Company can ban you from entering saudi only if you had started working and had to leave on an exit only visa due to any problems from yourside or company side, where by company instruct the labor court and saudi passport authorities to ban you entering saudi for a specific period of time. I dont think the GCC ban is not in practice yet. GCC member countries were planning to do so on employees who go on exit-re-entry visas (on vacations and such) and do not return. In your case even if the saudi visa has been endorsed in your passport and you haven't used it (i.e., you havent' entered saudi boarders) you wont face any issue in going to dubai. |

first you ask your company that do me final exit because my mother is very sick give them some reason after they did exit you can come saudi may be after six month which date of exit and they will not banned for you ... thanks |
