If he want to come to back to saudia Arabia means how much time it will take to process it which is better for a member to go on final exit or Exit/Re-Entry ? Maint Reason is he wants to come back on saudi on other company not the older company Please help me ? |

A reply to your query , After the New Rules and regulations , the NOC is a baseless document and is valueless now unless if your case was held and processed through the labour ministry (for eg: your exit process was done through a legal source due to sponsor compaints etc)otherwise you dont require a NOC anymore to re-enter the kingdom MdHafeez , on the other hand the documents you collect from your company is your termination letter & the original copy of your final exit which is stamped in the passport office at the time of the exit ,the Copy of the final exit is sometimes needed by the agents for a new visa attestation in your country, apart from this you may request your company for any additional experience letters etc ,if that benefits you, you must collect all your benefits and bonus payments etc before requesting for a final exit !Service benefits in Saudi Arabia are like a gambling game in most of the private sector companies or sponsor's , but the legal way to acquire all your service benefits are as follows, 1)The First Five Years Term = Half of your Monthly Salary every year i.e for eg: your salary is SR:3000, you get 1500 X 5 Years = SR:7500 respectively 2)The Second Five Years Term= 1 Month Complete salary for the period of Five years (3000X5=15000) 3)The Third 5 Year Term varies from company to another , some pay the same as the 2nd term benefits and some pay 1 salary & a half . Sorry for the late reply on your query, as i have been out of city due to busy company schedules .Hope That Solves your Questions |
