Dear friend
I am working in Transportation Company in Dammam as a Accountant. Now i Completed two years & i need go on final exit. But Company & owner dont give me exit & they give me vacation. So my Question is that if they give me vacation & my Iqma will finished on August 2012 . Should i come back after August 2012 in another company or not Please Guide me & advice me Best Regards |

think u can come after the expiry of ur iqama if u go on exit reentry |

if you went on exit-re entry visa and your visa time elapsed, as per new law you can't come back to Saudi Arabia for 2 years. so, becareful and negotiate with your kafil and if he demands money give him and leave Saudi in proper exit only visa. |
