Need help to go back to India.
Assalam alaikum, dear frnds, i am in saudi arab, My company is manpower supply company and I am a Mechanical Engineer, my company is not paying me salary and making me in trouble,and also I am Idle since last 1 month,I finished 7 months in this company and have 2 yrs contract. but i want to resign this company and want to go back India/can i get help from Saudi Police? please guide me. Dua ki darkhwast hai. Allah hafiz.

Dear Mazhar,
Saudi Police cannot help you, you will need to approach saudi labor court. Not receiving salary is the best reason for either going back home or getting a release from the company. You will need to prove the labor court that you haven't received your salary.

Dear ezzu, thanks for ur suggestion.  But I heard that, saudi police is very strict and helpful in such matters, even same situation was happened in my company and that guy got best help from Saudi Police. On other hand i heard the Labor court doesn't help and its time consuming.

Don't know Mazhar. I know only the saudi labor law, where police has nothing to do unless there is a criminal offense ... issues with employee/employer is generally handled by labor court

Wa'Alaikom As Salaam Mazhar9453 ,1st thing you put in mind is the POLICE has no concern to any case or issue unless it is related to a crime or personal Offense, A brotherly advice is to approach your nearest labor office & file a complaint against your company/sponsor asap without informing anyone(colleagues) in your company.Before doing so, assure & confirm yourself that you have not signed/thumb impressed your delayed monthly salary forms or any kind of such document which you havent received , be confident & don't hesitate or feel discouraged at any moment while you are in front of the officer dealing your case,say everything confidently and to the point,the only disadvantage you will be facing is , as you have written above that you had signed a 2 year work contract & you might be ordered by the labor ministry to complete the remaining period (if the company includes this petition) till the completion of your contract term i.e only if the company/sponsor agrees to the officer's order for paying your salaries till date, otherwise you can demand for a release or an exit & by the best experience & knowledge i am 100% sure victory will knock your door soon !
