Dear sir,
I would like to share my present problem .i ask to my employer to final exit from him but he didn't accept my exit letter.after two month i file case against him in labor court about the same matter.According to labor court and my employer decide to give final exit when my iqama complete then they can provide this final exit.i agreed with that decision because of my circumstances . Now i want know they can make any chance to band me for work in saudi arabia for future.there is any possibility ? Please give the correct information and send to my email.([email protected]) |

brother, dont worry. If you leave with proper exit, then no problem. You can enter KSA the next day if u have visa. |

Dear Sir,
same problem i am also facing, i came to Saudi Arabia Nov-14-2011 my job is Auto CAD Draftsman but now my company dont have auto cad work so they changed my work to sales coordinator which is not related to my job. and i got auto CAD draftsman job in another Company they ready to give new visa for me but problem is my company not accepting for final exit. can you give me any suggestion. I am also facing problem... bcoz my visa is House driver and working in his sons company... but now i am getting problem with my sponsor he is not giving exit to me because i would like to join new freight forwarding company in Riyadh... so if i approach labour court then my sponsor is going give any trouble or any condition in saudi arabia not to work in the same place in other company...
