Exiting KSA and coming back with new visa |

Hi,
Iam working in damam from past 1 1/2 year and every year my contract gets renewed. Now iam in middle of my contract. If iam resigning from my current company, they give Exit. My question is, can i come with other company visa. People they say, i need NOC also. Incase if iam not getting any NOC, is it possible to comeback with new comapny visa and work here. Regards Vinu |

I think you can come back after 2 years only if you get final exit. So better try to get release from your current sponsor.
You can come with different passport but dont know about the finger print system they might catch you. |

As of now you can go on Exit and come back with a new visa with out a NOC but certain jobs require NOC or you need to wait atleast for a year. Better check their website but again rules tend here to change every day it is very volatile it all depends on you luck and the mood of the Consular who is stamping the visa. |

Once you got exit on your Passport, you can come next day to KSA again, But u should have a Exit paper with stamped from emigartion officer, Some time they give and some times refused, This case u can go and ask in Jawazat after u got Exit stamp, Before u leave the country. This paper required in the time of new visa stamping in India. NOC no more needed If person went on Exit-Re entry& not come by on time, He will be banned for 2 yrs returning to KSA Regards kayalan |

Dear Vinu,
You can come back any time to KSA after your exit. There is a 2 clearance papers issued by jawadat in airport after immigration process (1 copy for you and another copy for your sponcer). But now they connected by network and your exit visa also issued by e-visa system. So, the NOC doesn't matter now a days to enter KSA with new visa (even your new visa stamping process in india) after you exit with old visa. As kaylan said, you can't enter with in 2 years if you are in EXIT&REENTRY visa. |

I worked in damman in the year of 1998 to 2005 and went to vacation with re-entry visa. but unable to come back and now i got job in Riyadh. If you go in re-entry stamped it is not possible for you to enter for atleast one year because your visa will be valid for one year in their system, after that automatically it will be removed if you dint return.
If you went in exit it is easy to come back with the copy of the exit e-paper stamped by jawazat should be provided to agent for the next visa stamping. Make sure your x-company not writing any note in jawazat, if they put a note then you cant return for the same designation again into saudi arabia, so guys be cool with your x-company if you are going exit, and dont loose the exit e-copy stamped. |

 Hi! Just make sure that your profession is not listed in the restricted category- Netaqat for Saudi category. |

Now i am working in Saudi Arabia. Only few months only working my company (5 Months) now i get nwe offer from outer company so i like to join there. so if i go fynal exit then i can come back new visa. any problem for my new visa stamping because i am working my company only 5 months 2 year my contract. so can you replay as soon as possible thanks Abhilash |
