about rules
i whant know about new rules  my sponser is till red he  is not responce our phone call or any kind of reply  what shall we do for it can we get transfer by court or what is futher prosesses please give a reply

There are 4 categories or colors and these colors apply for sponsorer not for us. So the rules apply for them not for us.

First RED mean this Saudi cannot make any changes to the people in his sponsorship and people under him are now free to leave him automatically. He cannot object nor control his sponsorship. You can take transfer to GREEN or BLUE.

Next YELLOW is a warning to oblige by Saudi rule for the sponserer within 6 months time mean temporary relaxation of rules on him. No new VISA and taking of transfers.

Next GREEN mean Saudi is going along by the rules he can operate freely He can take transfer of anyone.

Last BLUE mean he get VVIP treatment by Labour Ministry. He get instant approval for any new VISA request even if it is from prohibited catagory (like Accountant) He can take transfer of anyone.
