regarding job release after contract...adice plz |

As salam o alia kum.
Dear Readers. I need ur sincere suggestion and advice and also from peopel who have gone through such situations.that Next feburary 2011 i will be completing my 2 yrs of contract with a clinic private.And as long i have worked i have been in good terms with my manager.But i have 70% of doubt that at the end of my term he may not give me release, as he has not given anyone, to my collegues who have left him. if incase i ask him about the release and he doesnt give me,(even its mention in contract release after 24 months of service).But in doubt that 70% he may not give release, in that case what shall i do..at presently i have my passport in my hand.what is the next step i can do that he gives me release.  |
