Best residential area
Which area in Muscat city according to you is the best residential area ? I think Ruwi and Al Khuwair are very good localities and have all the necessary services.

Al Wadi Al Kabir is also a nice locality. It has all the facilities and amenities.

No doubt Ruwi, Al Khuwair and Al Wadi Al kabir are good localities. However the best areas are Qurum and Madinat Qaboos. They are posh localities and  they are definitely among the best residential areas in Muscat.

I agree with sai. But the disadvantage with those localities is the very high rents. Ruwi has very low rents when compared to Qurum.
