Gandhinagar, May 2(IANS) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi Monday urged the central government  to seize the initiative and unite all democratic forces to lead a frontal fight against terrorism.

 
 Reacting to the news of the killing of Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden in the Pakistan city of Abbottabad, Modi also said this was proof enough that Pakistan is harbouring terrorists.
 
 "It is unfortunate that American President Barak Obama has not condemned Pakistan even after being faced with incontrovertible evidence. India should effectively pressurise America to harden its stand on Pakistan", he added.
