Agartala, June 5 (IANS) Rejected in love, a young man in Tripura sent some bullets to his girlfriend, who fainted after receiving them, police said Sunday.

 
 Habib Mia sent six cartridges of a 9 mm pistol from Dharmanagar in north Tripura by courier, East Agartala police station officer-in-charge Narayan Saha told IANS.
 
 The girl, a second year student of Gobinda Ballav Pant Nursing School here, fell unconscious Saturday evening after finding the bullets. She was shifted to the G.B. Pant medical college and hospital.
