Chennai, June 27 (IANS) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa Tuesday inaugurated an exclusive outlet for around 230 leprosy-affected people in the city's Villivakkam area to enable them to buy rations and other essentials.

 
 She opened the shop via video conferencing from the state secretariat here.
 
 According to a government statement issued here, there were 232 leprosy affected ration card holders at Balaramapuram area in Villivakkam zone who find it difficult to reach the current shop located around a kilometre away.
