New Delhi, June 5 (IANS) Yoga guru Baba Ramdev was arrested and physically removed from  the Ramlila ground here early Sunday in a police operation that left many injured and the protest venue in shambles.

There was no official word on Ramdev's whereabouts even as hundreds of people dispersed from the ground after heavy tear-gassing by anti-riot police.
