Ever since the release of the innovative iPhone, a number of consumers while using the Apple I Phone headset were encountered with the problem on the quality of sound. The users have complained they encountered this sound quality problem when they utilize speakerphone. The problem seems to have continued ever since Apple updated its iOS 5.0.1 last week. A user complained that she experienced with all types of problem on audio quality with Apple handset during calls.

Another consumer said that he is using the third phone replacing his second i Phone. He says in all the three iphones he has used he is facing with problem in one way or the other. He said he does not face the echo problem in his third iphone but is faced with another difficulty. He says the speaker button automatically gets on when he makes a call. He says that he is able to hear the person’s voice on the other end, But his voice is could not be heard by the person. The same consumer complained the next day saying the echo problem which he did not experienced on his thirid iphone for the first few days of his purchase, has surfaced.

It seems Apple is fixing up the issues.
