Meethe Lassi
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of plain Curd or Yogurt with some curd cream
- 2/3 cup of Sugar or Cheeni
- 1/2 cup of Ice Water
- 8 to 10 Ice-cubes; crushed
Procedure:
- Take or spoon off about 4 pieces of the curd cream (firm) found at the top of curd; set it aside for decorating.
- Put the sugar and the curd in a bowl and then whisk until it is foamy.
- Add some ice water and then whisk slowly. Stirring in some crushed ice or you may use the blender.
- Divide the sugar and curd mixture into two different batch, process and cover for 1 to 2 mins.
- Transfer and then do the same steps for the next batch.
- Put the beverage into 4 glasses; chilled.
- Put some curd cream carefully, when desired then decorate with some sprinkle of sugar.
