(low Fat Recipe)indian Summer Salad
Ingredients
4 large tomatoes , sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tsp dried red chillies flakes
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method 1.Arrange the tomato slices on a plate and sprinkle the lemon jiuce evenly on top of the tomatoes.
2.Heat the oil in a pan on a medium flame, add the cumin seeds, fennel seeds and chilli flakes, mix well and saute for a minute.
3.Remove from the flame, allow to cool it little and add the coriander, mix well.
4.Pour this seasoning on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle little salt and pepper on top.
5.Serve warm or cold.
