Chennai, Sep 10 (IANS) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa Saturday reviewed the security arrangements in the state and the measures to beef them up in the wake of the Sep 7 bomb blast in New Delhi.


Senior government and police officials attended the meeting at the state secretariat here, said a government statement.

Thirteen people were killed and more than 90 injured in the blast outside the Delhi High Court Wednesday morning.
