IMWA QURAN COMPETITIONS
Indian Muslim Welfare Association (IMWA) Kuwait is pleased toinformthat“IMWA Quran Competitions 2011” Under the Patronage of Ministry of Awqaf & Islamic Affairs, and Administration of Grand Mosque – State of Kuwaitis going to be held on Saturday, 19th of November 2011, for the students of Indian schools in Kuwait. The Students from the countries where Muslims are in minority can also participate in the competitions.
The Competition comprises of Qur’an Recitation, Elocution Contest, Islamic Quiz and Islamic Calligraphyfor students from Grade 1 to Grade 12.
The venue for Competitions is Al-Najat Boys School, Salmiya.
The program will be as follows:
1. Qur’an Recitation Competition -09.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
2. Islamic Quiz -11.00 p.m. to11.30 a.m.
Break for Zohar Prayers -11.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
3. Elocution Contest -12.00 p.m. to 01.00 p.m.
4. Islamic Calligraphy -01.00 p.m. to 02.00 p.m.
