New Delhi, June 4 (IANS) Yoga guru Baba Ramdev said here Saturday that he will never contest elections and will not become the prime minister even if given a chance.

 
 "I want to tell all of you that I will never contest elections in my life. Even if given a chance, I will never become prime minister,” Ramdev told his supporters and reporters at the Ramlila Ground, where he is on a fast against graft and black money.      
 
 The yoga guru said that his dream was not to become the prime minister but to speak for the oppressed, marginalised and exploited section of the society.
 
 "My intentions are not to harm anyone but to do something for my nation. I am the son of mother India,” he said.
 
 “I am under constant attack from certain people and if the attack continues like this, I will give them a befitting reply,” a belligerent Ramdev said.
