The draw of matches for the 17th Annual Goan Overseas Association Rolling Trophy was held at the Village Inn restaurant on 29 December 2010. This tournament is being sponsored by Bassem International Trading Company for the eighth consecutive year. GOA President, Raymond D'Sa, welcomed Charles D'Sa, General Manager of Bassem Int'l Trading co., Fidelis Fernandes, President of Kuwait India Football Federation and all the team representatives. He thanked Charles for his continued patronage and urged all participating teams to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship and friendship.

Last year's winners and runner-up, GOA Maroons and CRC Chinchinim respectively, were seeded directly into the quarterfinals. The remaining 12 teams were left to battle it out for the remaining six slots divided into two groups. The draw of lots led to the following two groups:

Group A: YRC Rising Stars, DHL FC, Kuwait Goan Association, United Friends Club, Navelim Youth Centre, Rangers FC and CRC Chinchinim.

Group B: United Goans Centre, Curtorcares United, Santos FC, Indian Strikers, Rawda Challengers, Skynet Raiders and GOA Maroons.

The tournament, held under the auspices of Kuwait India Football Federation will be held at the M.O.H Grounds. The tournament will kick off on 07 January 2011 at 06:45 with Rising Stars taking on DHL FC. This match will be followed by three other matches as:

KGA take on United Friends Club at 08:00
Rangers FC face Navelim Youth at 09:15
United Goans will take on Curtorcares United at 10:30
