Dhoni explained in his letter to the Madhya Pradesh CM, that the proposal was his ultimate dream and said that part from cricket he want to his part to encourage sports in the country.

In his letter to Chauhan, the Indian skipper said that in India a number of youth and sports person are very much eager to represent the nation, but due to the absence of the required infrastructure and lack of amenities for training, many sportsman fail to fulfill their dream.

The star cricketer said that he proposes to setup the sport complex in Madhya Pradesh and inculcate moral principles like discipline, hard work and dedication to sports. He requested the MP Chief Minister to benevolently support in his attempt to not only encourage the game of cricket, but also the other sports. He requested the CM to allot the appropriate land for setting up the sports complex.

The Indian skipper also put a proposal to construct sports schools, so as to instill the knowledge amongst the youth, so that while having a career in sports, can also pursue their education.
