New Delhi, Aug 29 (IANS) Jailed Congress MP and former Commonwealth Games Organising Committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi approached a two-judge bench of the Delhi High Court Monday challenging a single-judge bench's order disallowing him to attend parliament.


The bench while deciding to take up the matter Tuesday asked whether an MP facing a criminal case was entitled to attend parliament session.
