The mall was opened to the public on September 1997.During that period eye was the most sophisticated and biggest mall in Poland. From then it has expanded with more shops and other amnesties. Presently the mall is spread on a 65,000 sq.meters out of which 50,000 sq.m is for business premises. The shopping entre also ample space for car parking and can accommodate 2000 cars at a time.

Some of the stores you can find in the mall are Carrefour, Mother care, H&M, EMPiK, Marks & Spencer, Yves Rocher and Wólczanka.

Foras Targówek Property presently owns the mall.

Opening hours

On Monday to Saturday from 9 to 21 hours, and on Sundays from 11 to 19 hours.
