Apple, the American based Software giant has emerged a victor, a leading platform in the tech arena. Latest technology reports reveal that the capitalization of Apple is far greater than the combined capitalization of Microsoft and Intel.

According to the report, the market capitalization of Microsoft is $210.59bn and that of Intel is $115.21 bn. The combined value of these two companies is worth $316.8bn. The market cap of Apple surpassed this combined value and stands at $317.6bn. Indeed a remarkable achievement Apple achieved a marginal lead over ‘Wintel’ and this achievement seems to be impossible to overlook.
 Wintel a leading platform which once occupied number Uno position, has lost is slot, its foothold and is now struggling to regain the position. On the other hand Apple with its iPad had captured the PC market single handedly.
For the past one decade, Apple has an unbelievable track record. The main factor for Apple’s continuing winning streak is that it has spread its wings far and wider in the innovation area.
Microsoft and Intel need to take into account seriously on Apple’s rising popularity. They need to woke up from their slumber and reinvent themselves with more and more innovative ideas.
