Abu Dhabi, July 25 (IANS/WAM) The Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) plans to install surveillance cameras in school buses to ensure students' safety, it was announced Monday.


The project will be carried out in collaboration with the transport department. It will enable the authorities to send SMS alerts to parents about their children's movements.

The council said new technologies would be used in the future to ensure safety.
